Social Media Links And SEO

So if you haven’t been living under a rock, you’ve realized that a lot of the traditional back linking methods that used to work are not working so well, and that the future of SEO is going to probably involve a lot of social media links.Social Media Links And SEO

The reason why social media back links are going to play an important part in ranking in the future, is that any really good site will have people linking to it from their social media profile, or sharing it with their friends.

I’m not just talking about sites that are trying to get ranked either, it could be someone makes a You Tube video that they think is funny, and they don’t know the first thing about algorithms.

People aren’t going to link to it in huge numbers from blog posts, they might tweet it, share it on Facebook, Google Plus, perhaps on Stumble Upon, and it might get embedded into video blogs.

The other thing is, like with You Tube videos, the bounce rate of all web pages are going to be important.

Are Social Media Links Important In SEO Today?

Google is trying to weed out spam, and the only real way they can do that is to punish sites that have a lot of unnatural looking links leading to them, sites that appear to be written badly, or have a low amount of text on the page, and sites that have a high bounce rate.

The things they want to encourage is sites that have a more natural looking link profile, which includes a lot of social media links, (but not so many as to look unnatural), and links from high quality, original, well written content on sites with some authority.

Can you manufacture a whole bunch of social media links? Yes you can. You can join sites where you can swap tweets, or pay people to tweet or share your page with their followers.

Sometimes these people are low paid workers with fake accounts from India, and other times they are real accounts. If you look harder, and pay more, you can get higher quality accounts with a larger following of real people.

If you want to pay ten cents, (and I offer this as a service), you can get a cheap random tweet to someone’s account. If you pay twenty cents, you can get a cheap random tweet to an account with at least a few hundred followers.

If you pay thirty cents, you can get a Facebook share to a random account of someone likely in India, or for forty, you can get a few more American or UK accounts among the mix to share your site to their Facebook page.

For a bit over a dollar, you can get a tweet to twenty or thirty thousand people, and for ten dollars, you can get a broad share to all of my tens of thousands of social connections, which creates a lot of traffic, and is good for SEO.

An SMO campaign might cost as low as ten dollars, or up to a few hundred, or a few thousand. It’s up to you how much you want to spend on it, but I know how to do it, and it does work.

Basically, I know a range of different ways to get people to share your site to their Facebook friends, or to their Twitter followers, and you get what you pay for.

I use a variety of different micro job sites, social sharing sites, and I can deliver what I promise, which is links from social media.

What I never do is guarantee that it will produce results, of either traffic, or rankings, because Google updates their algorithms almost every day, and what might have worked this month, might not work the next, but I will say that it hasn’t hurt my site, and I do get most of my traffic from social media.

I can make you a Facebook page, make you a You Tube video, get you Twitter followers, or any number of different things, and I am open and honest about what I know, so send me an email if you’re interested in links from social media. My email is in the sidebar, and I can send you my Pay Pal details from there.
